Rivoxx Industrial OOD is an industrial solutions company headquartered in Sofia, specialising in complex engineering and construction/installation works for the industrial sector.
Our team is built from professionals with over 20 years of hands-on experience in the industry — people who have worked on some of the most demanding sites in the country and abroad. It is precisely this experience that makes our clients trust us with projects where quality of execution and deadline compliance leave no room for compromise.
Rivoxx Industrial OOD's activity covers the full cycle — from engineering design and technical solution, through site preparation and organisation, to execution and handover of the finished project. We work both independently and as a subcontractor to leading companies in the energy, heavy industry, and manufacturing sectors. In addition to the Bulgarian market, we also deliver projects abroad, with trained teams and long-standing experience both domestically and internationally.

01Industrial Solutions & Engineering
We develop tailored technical solutions for the needs of each site — from preliminary technical assessment and design, through selection of suitable materials and technologies, to full-scale execution. We work in close collaboration with the client to ensure the final result fully meets the requirements of the relevant production process and current standards.
02Industrial Repairs
We carry out planned and emergency repair works in production plants, energy facilities, and industrial halls. Our team operates on strictly agreed schedules, including for major overhauls requiring rapid mobilisation and work under tight deadlines.
03Vessel & Pipeline Insulation
We carry out thermal and cold insulation of tanks, pressure vessels, industrial equipment, and pipeline systems, applying materials and technologies compliant with European standards. The service includes removal of existing insulation, installation of insulation materials (mineral and rock wool), and cladding with sheet metal or other protective covering.
04Industrial Scaffolding
We design and erect industrial scaffolding for access to hard-to-reach areas of industrial sites — façade, roof, suspended, and specialised structural scaffolding, including "Layher"-type systems and equivalent modular solutions. Each structure is sized according to load, height, and site specifics, and assembly/dismantling is carried out by trained personnel in accordance with all applicable occupational safety and work-at-height regulations.
05Thermal Insulation
We design and execute thermal insulation systems for industrial facilities, pipelines, tanks, and process equipment across a wide operating temperature range. The process follows clearly defined technological stages: removal of worn-out insulation, installation (welding) of pins to fix the insulation material and cladding structure, application of mineral or rock wool with precisely calculated thickness according to operating temperature, and finally fabrication and installation of cladding sheet metal (galvanised or aluminium).
06Industrial Facades
We design, supply, and install industrial façades for production halls, warehouses, and industrial sites. Upon client request, we also prepare a standalone design by an experienced design engineer. For execution we use corrugated sheet metal or sandwich panels of various lengths and thicknesses, allowing fast and easy installation, including in hard-to-reach areas requiring rope access (alpine) methods.
07Cold Insulation
We carry out cold insulation systems for tanks, pipelines, and process equipment operating at low and ultra-low temperatures — from refrigeration and climate installations to cryogenic systems. The process includes installation of a vapour barrier membrane, application of insulation material with appropriate thickness and density for the operating temperature range, and a final protective coating. Precise execution prevents condensation and ice formation, maintains a stable operating temperature, and protects equipment from moisture-related corrosion.
08Waterproofing
We install and repair waterproofing systems on roofs, façades, and industrial structures. Every project goes through a detailed inspection of the substrate, surface preparation, and application of a protective layer — membrane solutions (PVC, EPDM), bituminous and polymer waterproofing systems, selected according to the structure, slope, and operational load of the roof. We guarantee lasting protection against moisture, UV exposure, and temperature fluctuations, including repair and renewal of existing waterproofing.
09Sandblasting & Industrial Painting
We carry out abrasive cleaning (sandblasting) of metal structures, tanks, and pipelines to remove corrosion, old coatings, and surface contamination, achieving the required degree of cleanliness in accordance with the ISO 8501-1 standard. We follow with the application of industrial anti-corrosion paint systems (primer, intermediate, and topcoat), tailored to the site's operating environment, ensuring long-lasting protection and an aesthetically finished appearance for the equipment.
10Industrial Flooring
We install seamless industrial floor coverings on cementitious or epoxy bases, designed to withstand high loads, heavy traffic, and aggressive operating environments. The flooring system is selected according to the specific requirements of the site — wear resistance, chemical resistance, colour-coding and marking of work and traffic zones, as well as anti-static or slip-resistant properties where required.
